TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

The Boarding Pass becomes invalid 12 months from the end of month of issue. 

A flight booking must be made before that date. The flight may be later.

Any following circumstance may allow the voucher to be extended; 

• Adverse weather conditions.

• Dorset Gliding Club unable to provide the booked flight.

• Government legislation prevents flying.

• Serious illness prevents flying.

• To extend outdated vouchers or re-assign to others contact us at airexperience@dorsetglidingclub.co.uk when the following will be required.

• A new application form for new name, if transferring.

• There is a £25 admin fee payable.

• After 24 months from date of first issue the voucher is null & void.
